  2. It sure is! Her full name is Jane Doe. When I asked the lady I was buying her from what her name was, she said, she didn't give her a name... My son named her. He muttered, unknown female, Jane Doe...Witty teenager!

  5. Hi Carla! I am so sorry I've been so very neglectful of the blog world... been super busy with the farm. Willow left us for his forever home back in August of last year after a very eventful 7 months with us. He now resides on a horse ranch in Cottonwood, CA. Where he has a special human friend and a harem of 3 female miniature horses! Giving him up was a very painful decision but he was very lonely for other horses and began picking on the goat as often as the whim overtook him. He'd pick her up in his teeth and drop her repeatedly and began destroying fences and escaping. It was beginning to be a danger to both horse and humans and now he's in a place fully equipped with sturdy fences and plenty of other horses to keep him entertained. Last September we bought a Saanen-Nubian cross male goat, a youngster that my eldest daughter named Calico Jack, after the notorious pirate. Jack was just a few months old when he came to us and is growing rapidly. He and Jane both have horns and a little over a month ago, Jane gored Jack between penis and scrotum and severed one of the seminal tubes, half-neutering him... It seems that Miss Jane may be pregnant and is annoyed at his attentions! Babies likely in May. (Hanging my head in hame for being so negligent) I promise to get to work on a new blog post ASAP, to let you see all of the wonders around here! There's plenty of pictures to upload of our resident Canada Goose, named Waddles who totally owns my heart, turkeys, chickens, pictures of Miss Jane way way fat! and our little Jack, who is recovering quite well and learning to tolerate my twice daily irrigation of his wounds. Life has been busy on the farm even though its winter time. I'm glad you gave me a much needed nudge. I hope all is well and happy in your world! Life is ever changing here in Peepville, but as always, we count our many blessings! Thanks so much for asking!~
